The Food and Drug Administration Center for Veterinary Medicine's (FDA CVM's) "MUMS Blueprint for Success: 2026–2028" is a three-year strategic plan to modernize and expand the Minor Use and Minor Species (MUMS) program. As part of that, the FDA CVM says it will consider seeking new statutory authorities from Congress to deliver more cures for all animal species.
