Shipping & Returns

Our shipping and returns policy applies exclusively to authorized and licensed distributors who have purchased the product directly from Dee Veterinary Products. If the product in question was purchased from a distributor or reseller, please contact them directly for further assistance.

Shipping Policy

All warehoused items are shipped within 48 hours.

Personalized leashes have a 4-6 week lead time.

Orders are shipped via ground service on major LTL and small parcel carriers.

All shipments are packaged in a manner as to ensure secure and speedy delivery.

Should a delivery be missing, please contact us immediately at shipping@deevetproducts.com for further assistance. Be sure to include your PO number in the e-mail.

If a shipment arrives with signs of damage, we request that you...

- Record a description of the damage on the bill of lading.

- Take photographs of the damage to both the shipment and products.

- Notify our shipping staff within 24 business hours at shipping@DeeVetProducts.com.

If a shipment arrives with products missing please contact us within no more than 3 business days via email at shipping@deevetproducts.com with the following information:

- Order number

- Item number(s)

- Quantity missing

Return & Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves in supplying quality products, made to the highest standards and free of defects. However, we understand that exceptions happen and are proud to stand behind our products.

 

In the rare instance that you receive a complaint regarding one of our products, simply contact us immediately via email at qualitycontrol@deevetproducts.com and provide the following:

- Dee Vet Order number (if available)

- Item number(s)

- Quantity affected

- Detailed description of the issue

- Clear images of the item showing both the full item, lot and expiry date information and the damaged or defective area.

NOTE: In most cases we will require the affected product to be returned to us for investigation. Please make certain the products are secured until return labels are provided.

​

Upon conclusion of our investigation and confirmation of defect a credit or replacement will be issued.

​

IMPORTANT: Personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
